The Masters Performance Training Membership includes a combination of classes tailored to your personal interests including:

  • Barbell Strength
  • Body Weight Strength
  • Speed & Agility Training
  • Masters Swim Workouts
  • Open Gym Training 

Once you have completed a Performance Evaluation and feel competent in our training philosophy, the Masters Performance Training Membership program provides Open Training privileges in which a coach will be available to assist.
